- Copywriting research (we take your copy as-supplied; a copy rewrite is a separate quote)
How much does a website cost in South Africa?
Every project is quoted individually against the scope above. We skip three-tier silver/gold/platinum packaging — the included list is the same for every client, so the price follows the specifics of your site (page count, copy volume, integrations) rather than a marketing tier.

Pricing questions we get
Payment schedule?
50% on sign-off of the quote, 50% on production deploy. Everything is on the invoice — no retainer clause hidden in the footer. Invoices are in ZAR, issued on a Synapse Surge (Pty) Ltd VAT-not-registered invoice.
How many rounds of revisions?
Two rounds of revisions are included within the fixed scope. "Within the fixed scope" covers copy tweaks, image swaps, colour and tone adjustments. A scope-change (new page, new feature) is its own quote.
What's the typical timeline?
Two weeks from sign-off to live on a standard service-site build. Faster is possible when your copy is ready on day one. Slower usually means copy isn't — we'll flag that early so you can plan around it.
What if I already have a domain?
Bring it. We handle the Cloudflare DNS setup, the Origin CA SSL cert, and the pointing from your current registrar. No transfer needed — Cloudflare sits in front as a proxy.
What happens after the site ships?
You get the one-page handoff PDF, GitHub repo access, and a 30-day bug-fix window. After that you can maintain the site yourself (Next.js is code you own) or pick up the monthly SEO retainer and we'll keep it current together.
